1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern for accessing our facilities at Island Padel Limited (business name) hereby referred to as Mvita Padel (trading name)

2. Booking
2.1. Mvita Padel offers two padel tennis courts available for booking.
2.2. All bookings must be made through the Mvita Padel Online Booking Website or by contacting our customer support at +254 702 919 689

3. Payment
3.1. Mvita Padel operates a no cash policy. Payments can only be made via Mpesa or credit/debit card.
3.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a court.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1. All payments are non-refundable.
4.2. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked time. Rescheduling can be done by contacting customer support.

5. Transferring Bookings
5.1. Bookings may be transferred to another individual privately.
5.2. The individual utilizing the transferred booking must present the original booking confirmation message at the time of the session.

6. Liability
6.1. The Management of Mvita Padel does not take responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings that may arise while using the Mvita Padel facilities. Patrons are solely responsible for their own safety and security.
6.2. Mvita Padel does not accept liability for any unauthorised photography or media sharing by individuals who are not employees of Mvita Padel.

7. Rules & Regulations
7.1. Proper Footwear: Patrons must wear non-marking sports shoes suitable for traction on the court.
7.2. Respectful Behavior: Patrons should exhibit good sportsmanship, avoid aggressive play, and adhere to standard padel rules.
7.3. Emergency Preparedness: Be aware of the locations of first aid kits and emergency exits to ensure prompt assistance if necessary.
7.4. Clearing the Court: Keep the playing area free of items and debris to maintain safety.
7.5. Court Etiquette: Eating, drinking, or smoking on the court is strictly prohibited.

8. Media and Promotional Use
8.1. Mvita Padel may take photographs or videos during any events or sessions at the courts and has the right to use such media for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on social media, in advertisements, and other marketing materials.
8.2. By entering the premises, patrons consent to the capture and use of their image in such media as described above.

9. Right of Admission
9.1. Management reserves the right of admission. Mvita Padel may refuse admission to any individual without providing a reason.

10. Changes to Terms
10.1. Mvita Padel reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the venue’s website.

By booking a court at Mvita Padel, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
